V isionWeb needed an easy to understand tutorial to educate users on the finer points of their complex online prescription lens software.

The problem was that their market demographics illustrated a potential user-base of elderly eye doctors with very little computer experience, for whom the flashy application was just too daunting and confusing.

The solution was to encapsulate the application in a familiar, yet branded, document-like online training course complete with simulations and quizes.
