User Experience Designer Involver.com 2007-2008 Developed the IA and core UI patterns for Involver's end-to-end video campaign platform (a web-based interactive streaming video application/marketing platform with reporting tools and an integrated social-networking component for both Facebook and OpenSocial). Delivered graphic mockups, wireframes, Page Description Diagrams, flowcharts, and specifications using an iterative design process in an agile Ruby on Rails development environment. Utilized user-centered design principals including user stories, scenarios, user personas, and paper prototypes to craft the user's experience and workflows from initial exposure vectors through to adoption and integration.
Senior Interaction Designer Zadu, Inc. 1999-2000 Built Zadu's art department and production team from the ground up. Formulated the conceptual model for the product's UI framework. Worked with outside vendors and agencies to deliver Zadu's online and real-world B2C/B2B presence. Researched the specifications for the interaction model for Zadu's next generation of communication tools - a design and research project geared towards skinning, client branding, and a variety of user environments.
Art Director Cybergold, Inc. 1997-98 Developed the company's brand and established a style guide for same. Increased signup completion rate by 18%. Lead development of interactive interstitials. Managed corporate communication and creative projects from inception to completion, including design, layout, navigational systems, and production for the internet, company intranet, and print. Negotiated with and chose vendors for production work based upon price and quality. Guided and critiqued design work from production team in a deadline driven enironment.
